  • New orders or reorders ship approximately 2 weeks from final approval.
  • Reorders with no changes or minor changes usually ship within 1-2 weeks.
  • Please plan in advance to allow plenty of time for fulfillment during peak seasons and holidays.

How do I get started?

  • Submit your copy, logo, samples of your stationery or other materials relating to your layout, all artwork or photos, and a 50 percent down payment to begin production.

  • If you have a rough layout of what you would like your piece to look like or any samples that have caught your eye, send them along, too. Please indicate all cropping and modifications desired on images submitted.

  • You can download our PDF Worksheets from our web site for the specific card(s) that you are interested in. Simply download, print, paste up or sketch out your ideas on the worksheet and mail or fax them to us.

I have previously ordered from G.A. Printing in the past, how do I place a reorder?

  • Please have your company name and contact information ready and if available previous job number and name of your last G.A. Printing representative.

How can I submit my information?

  • You can submit your information via mail, email, or fax. Always follow up to make sure we receive your materials.

How do I proof my cards?

Listed below are several ways that you can receive a proof of your card. Please specify to us which method of proofing that you prefer.

  • Fax
  • Color Proof by mail (Fuji Pictro Proof and/or Scitex Iris Proof)
  • Email (JPEG or PDF)

How do I make changes to my order?

There are several ways that you may make changes to your order. (Keep in mind that with whatever method you choose to relay your changes, you will need to allow ample time for G.A. Printing to process them).

  • WEB SITE - This is the easiest and most convenient way to submit your changes. There is a Submit Changes button in the top navigation bar or you can click here to go directly to the Submit Changes Page. Simply fill out the form and submit. Your changes will be sent to your G.A. Printing representative and your job will be put back into production.
  • EMAIL - You may send corrections directly to your salesperson or to a general mailbox if you don't have your salespersons name. To email your changes to your salesperson please visit the Contact Page. Please make sure that you include your companies name, contact person, your salespersons name and job or order number if available.
  • To submit your changes by phone, fax, or mail, please visit our Contact Page for specific contact information.

I am ready to approve my order for printing, how do I do this?

  • You can approve your order by filling out an approval form on this web site and submitting it, by email, fax, or by phoning your assigned representative.
  • Please make sure to note any last corrections needed before printing.

How will I receive my order?

We ship all orders UPS Ground unless you request faster delivery (charges may apply). For specific shipping information and/or rates please contact G.A. Printing by phone, email or through our web site.


Who Owns the Artwork, Materials and Copyrights?

Work created by G.A. Printing/Golf Associates remains the property of G.A. Printing/Golf Associates and can not be supplied to other vendors. Duplication of any form is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to use our designs for promotion and advertisement purposes.

Additionally, any material submitted to G.A. Printing/Golf Associates for reproduction must be clear of any potential copyright infringement. It is the clients responsibility to obtain copyright clearance for materials submitted. G.A. Printing/Golf Associates will not be held liable for legal action arising from misuse of such materials.
