• Golf Associates & G.A. Printing is Macintosh based. However, we can accept PC files as long as we are provided a hard copy of your artwork for reference.

• All images must be CMYK, grayscale or bitmap modes.

• Photoshop EPS, TIFF, or JPEG files have to be 300 dpi, actual size or larger. Bitmap files should be 600 to 1200 dpi. If 72 dpi files are sent they will print out pixilated.

• We CANNOT use images from web pages. To prepare a web image for print it must be reduced to 25% of its size. This usually renders the image too small for its intended purpose.

• All bleeds must be a minimum of 1/8”.

• You must supply all the artwork and placed/linked files.

• You must supply all fonts or convert fonts to outline. Include both the screen and printer driver version of each font. We recommend using Postscript fonts instead of TrueType fonts. PC users must convert fonts to outline.

• Files must be submitted on a disk and accompanied by a hard copy proof, send by email, or via FTP server. Please verify that your disk has copied the information correctly by reinserting it into your computer to check before you send.

We currently accept layout files in the following software:
• QuarkXPress
• InDesign
• PageMaker
• Illustrator
• Photoshop
• Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
• We can accept Microsoft Word and Power Point files for use as layout reference only.
• We CANNOT accept Microsoft Publisher files.

Media:
We currently accept the following media:
• 3.5 floppy disk, CD, 100mb or 250mb Zip Disk.
