You may also email us with a specific question or comment and we will get back to you with an answer as soon as we can.


Pricing :

• Prices listed on our web site are subject to change. These prices do not apply to reorders or custom orders.

• Please contact G.A. Printing for pricing on reorders and custom orders.


Submitting Your Order :

• A 50% deposit is required to put your order into production. The remaining 50% is expected upon receipt of your cards.

We do not accept credit card orders at this time. We accept checks and money orders only.

• All customers submitting orders through our web site will receive an email confirmation as soon as the order reaches us and be contacted by a G.A. Printing representative within the next business day to finalize the order.

• Once you have been in contact with a G.A. Printing representative you can send your information to the attention of your assigned sales representative.

• If you have a layout in mind please send that along with any other information (photographs, logos, etc.) and your deposit check. Our web site has downloadable layout worksheets that you can use to put thoughts on paper.

• If the order you are placing is for a card that has been printed in the past by another printing company or if you have had a designer create a card for you, please send us the files for the card as it speeds up the printing process. For information on submitting these files please see our "Electronic Guidelines".


Your Order :

• At this time we do not have the ability for you to check the status of your order through our web site. We do have plans for an upgrade in the near future that will give our customers this option. For now, please contact your assigned G.A. Printing representative and they will be able to give you current information on the status of your order.

• If you would like to change the quantity, size or contact information of your order you may do that online by submitting the changes form on this web site or by contacting your representative.

• If you are ready to approve your order, you may do so by submitting an approval form from our web site or by contacting your sales representative.

• If you have technical questions about sending / receiving electronic files, sending / receiving email proofs, or experience problems any with this web site please email us at graphics@golf associates.com. If you have already placed your order please include your job name and number, salesperson / representative and your contact information.
